200 HR TTC Program is a foundation yoga course focusing on strong essential principles and it is based on traditional Indian yogis’ formats of education. Practice, Research and Mastery are the three principles at the core of this program, the goal of which is to make you deepen your self-awareness and take your own practice to the next level.
Yoga is about sharing your own experience and knowledge with your fellow practitioners. This course blends both modern and traditional methodologies: indeed yoga is not a fixed practice, but it keeps evolving and so are teaching techniques.
