Yoga Practice program has created for you the most comprehensive and intensive course for yoga teachers!
Our goal is to help yoga practitioners become highly professional and qualified teachers.
Our Yoga Teacher Training Certification is worldwide accepted and also recognised by the “Yoga Alliance”, the widest yoga community that checks on the integrity of yoga teachers.
Our course combines years of experience in yoga techniques together with a deep study of the yoga texts, in order to provide our students with the perfect balance of practice and theory, experience and awareness, physical engagement and reflection. We will go through the most important aspects of yoga by building a bridge between East and West, between science and spirituality, between practice and teaching.
The 200hrs Hatha-Vinyasa Course is a blend of the two practices Hatha and Vinyasa.
Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation; by bringing your attention to the act of breathing, it helps to calm the mind and stop its fluctuations, allowing you to be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
Vinyasa Yoga is a very dynamic practice that has become extremely popular in the last 60 years, spreading all around the world. “Vinyasa” means at the same time “flow”, “movement” and “position”. This practice not only makes you quickly improve strength, muscle tone and flexibility, but it also helps you to build trust in your own abilities and boost your self-image.
Hatha and Vinyasa are the two sides of the same coin; a combination of the two creates a balanced practice, that will leave you with a sense of wholeness in both the body and the mind. If you get to achieve a good knowledge of the fundamental principles of the two practices, understanding how and when to practice them in your daily routine, you will feel the results in your body very soon!
